Produced in a natural sustainable manner in the South Island of New Zealand. Grass fed, free range, free of steroids and growth promotants. All venison is under 30 months of age at harvest and pasture to plate quality. New Zealand venison never has that wild taste so characteristic of game, but rather it’s a subtle delicate flavor, superb tenderness and excellent nutritional qualities: low in fat and cholesterol, but rich in iron and protein.
