Made in small batches from fresh, local Wisconsin milk, this creamy blue cheese is delicately smoked over fruit wood to create subtle smoky undertones with hints of roasted nuts and coffee. Moody blue is excellent when served with Roasted mushrooms, asparagus, red peppers, Maple syrup, honey, dark chocolate and wines like Merlot, Zinfandel, Porter, Stout.
