Nori is the Japanese name for vaious edible seaweed species, also known as seaweed wrap for sushi. Crips and delicious sheets of roasted seafood essential to the fabrication of sushi. It is also a garnish or flavoring in noodle preparations and soups. Can also be eaten by being made into a soy sauce paste.
