Description

Petit Basque is made from pure sheep’s milk and has a rather dry texture and an earthy, nutty flavor. It comes to us in a whole, uncut cylinder, offering beautiful presentation as well as a lovely taste. The wheel is waxed.   Great on a fruit and cheese platter, especially apricots and peaches. Pairs well with most red wines.
