The Moulard Duck is a cross between a Muscovy male and a Pekin female. This breast of the Moulard Duck is prized for it’s rich beefy flavor. Can be substituted with fantastic results in recipies that call for NY Strip Steak. Served At it’s best when pan roasted, sauteed, or grilled.
