Fresh Pears are picked and dried at the peak of ripeness, and need no added sugar to be perfectly sweet. Our dried Pears feature a musky, natural sweetness with succulent flavor and rich aroma. Whole pears, sliced in half lengthwise, approximately 2-1/4 to 3 inches in length, some with stems intact are golden tan in color. Dried pears are a great source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, fat-free and cholesterol free making them a great snack or recipe addition.
