Description

A large white bean, oval in shape with a creamy texture and slightly buttery flavor. Pairs well with mirepoix and fresh herbs. It is enormous, thick-skinned runner beans with a surprisingly creamy interior. Can be used for pot beans, soups, pasta e fagioli, casseroles, cassoulet, salads, and dips.
