Classic color mellow cheese. This cheese is semi-soft with a mild flavor and bright orange rind. The famous rind is dyed bright orange through the use of an Annato extract. Port Salut has a mild, savory flavor and smooth, satiny texture. It €™s a perfect partner for fruit. Pairs well With Bordeau & Pomerol wines.
