The Raclette is extremely aromatic yet  pungent when melted. Great for fondue! The Raclette derived from the French term “racler”, which means “to scrape.” Milky and fruity in flavor this cheeses taste will intensify as it is heated. Pasteurized version of the world’s best melting cheese. Slightly softer when compared to the Switzerland variety.
