This fully cooked and well aged duck prosciutto is very rich with a velvety smooth mouth feel. Great for pasta dishes and charcuterie plates. The Duck Proscuitto come as a whole dry-cured breast. Requires slicing. This duck breast is dry cured, and cold smoked. The flavor can be described as strong. It can be used as you would a traditional ham prosciutto. It is great with fruit or in salads.
